Meet The Team


Stephen Holleran, President

Stephen is the founder and President of IPRG who is passionate about hard work and providing extraordinary outcomes for IPRG clients.  After graduating from Rutgers University in 1989, Stephen entered the insurance business by chance, and has never looked back.   IPRG was built from the ground up in 2010 after a prior group insurance brokerage Stephen had started in 1998 was rolled up under a national firm.    When Stephen is not working with his clients and IPRG staff, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and working out.

While some of Stephen’s responsibilities include managing, oversight and direction of IPRG, he excels on behalf of IPRG clients in the areas of cost containment, carrier relationship management & negotiating, alternate funding plan design, technology consulting with 28 years of experience in Employee Benefits.

Steve March, CLU, CHFC

Steve has been involved in the insurance and benefits industry for over thirty-five years. He has worked for several of the nation’s largest insurance carriers including Nationwide, Prudential, and CNA in various roles.  During his professional carrier, he has held positions in Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, and National Account Management working with Fortune 100 Accounts.  Over the years, he has obtained the following advanced designations: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL), and Fellow Like Management Institute (FLMI).  Steve is considered an expert in high level/professional account management, alternate funding design and monitoring, compliance, reporting, administration, client advocacy, and wellness strategies.

At IPRG, Steve is responsible for all aspects of Account Management; from managing and maintaining relationships with clients to mitigating and resolving disputed issues between the customer and the insurance carriers, including contractual, administrative, premium and claim situations.

In his free time, Steve is a part time musician and plays jazz and contemporary Christian music.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Nancy, and an occasional round of golf.


Louis M. Vogel

Born and raised in the Republic of Panama, Louis moved to Florida to pursue his college degree.  After graduating from the University of West Florida, Louis began his career as a Project Engineer/Manager in Orlando for a commercial construction company. In this position, he worked on several high-level Disney ride projects and retail projects around Central Florida.  Making a big career change into the insurance industry, he joined the IPRG Team in 2010.  Among his responsibilities as Technology Manager, Louis stays ahead of the rapid acceleration of technology to ensure the resources we offer our clients utilizes the latest capabilities. He enhances the technology and service resources by helping clients understand and implement them to add value to their organizations.

History and fun facts about Louis:

  • BS of Science in Engineering Technology/Construction from the University of West Florida
  • Licensed 6-20 Florida Certified Independent All -Lines Adjuster
  • Builds & Repairs motorcycles as a hobby. 
  • Plays golf, races dirt bikes, rides road bikes, wakeboarding, snowboarding, going to the gym (even though he hates the gym)
  • Participated 6 years in a row in a 55 mile canoe race across the Panama Canal
  • Would like to travel to Iceland and the Maldives one day
  • Music playlist on Spotify ranges from Rock to Reggae to Country Music

Ryan Parsons

As the key relationship manager with IPRG, Ryan uses his knowledge in the insurance business, his passion for relationships and desire to help people to round out the IPRG Brokerage Team. With the exception of going off to college to pursue a collegiate tennis career, Ryan has been in Orlando all of his life. As part of 3 generations in business in Orlando, he has seen the dramatic changes and rapid growth in Central Florida. With an initial career start in commercial development and real estate and then moving into the insurance business in 2008, he has been able to leverage relationships to pull together resources that can best serve the clients of IPRG. A broker for more than 10 years and a founding partner of IPRG, he has walked clients through the perils and pitfalls of the Affordable Care Act, innovative plan designs, and expertly fostering carrier relations. He successfully balances his concern for the employers’ bottom line and the employees’ welfare.

Ryan is a true “people person” who is a pleasure to work with. He met his wife Sondra at FSU and they have three boys, Jack, Bo, and Burke.  In addition, he’s is an avid golfer, hunter, and fly fisherman. The weekends are reserved for his family and he enjoys spending parts of the summer with his family in Montana.  


Andrew Schell

Andy is the newest licensed Insurance Producer with IPRG.  Growing up close by in Gainesville (FL), Andy realized the economic growth and opportunity Orlando had readily available and subsequently packed his things and enrolled at the University of Central Florida.  After graduating UCF in 2014 with a Business degree in Marketing, Andy held a B2B sales & account management position with a local printing company.  Ironically enough, IPRG was one of his clients and as fate would have it, Andy was recruited to the IPRG team in 2017. 

Andy’s main values in life and in business are: Communication, Transparency, and Customer Service.  Working hard (and smart), Andy is extremely proactive and takes the upmost responsibility to do right for all his clients.  His top priority is, and always has been, to build trusted, long-lasting relationships within his business and personal network. 




Riane Lisnock

Riane is the most recent addition to the IPRG team. She is graduating from the University of Central Florida in the fall of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree majoring in Integrated Business. During her time at UCF, Riane was involved in several student organizations including The National Society of Leadership and Success, The Integrated Business Professional Association, and Athena WE as VP of Communications. Riane began working as a part time assistant for Agapé Benefits Consulting during her senior year of college. After working in the position for two months, she illustrated the drive and aptitude needed to be promoted to full-time account manager at IPRG. Although she’s new to the insurance industry, Riane expresses a strong desire to learn and keen ability to adapt. She is willing to take on any challenge and will work diligently to provide desirable results.

Riane’s main responsibilities include maintaining file organization and compliance standards for IPRG clients. When the weekend rolls around, she enjoys going to Disney, watching movies, and spending time with her two cats, Milo and Kali. In fact, she’s even taught her cats to do various tricks like high five and roll over. She’ll happily brag about them and show you videos upon request!


Susan Cabrera

Susan started with IPRG 2016. She is a city girl from Philadelphia with over 18 years of experience in Insurance and Hospital Administration. Susan enjoys helping people. She managed a satellite office of Moss Rehabilitation Hospital before relocating to Central Florida in 2012. At that time, she decided to venture in Insurance Sales. She became a licensed insurance agent and worked as an independent Broker with a National company for a couple of years with the Over 65 and Individual markets. One day looking for a change, Susan walked into the IPRG Office and found herself in a new exciting role she grew to love.

Susan spends most of her time at the office processing quotes, renewals, applications and enrollments, but will occasionally attend enrollment meetings to assist with our Spanish speaking enrollees. Her honesty, knowledge and genuine desire to help people shows through. When not working, Susan enjoys the beach, movies, pets and spending time with family. She makes extremely good Spanish food and if you are nice to her (which is not hard), she may share some with you!


Robert S. Phillips, II, JD

Rob joined his mid to large employer boutique benefits consulting firm to IPRG in 2014. Focused on creating and managing health and welfare benefit programs for larger organizations employing between 100 and 5,000 full time employees, Rob specializes in self-funding techniques, captives and reinsurance programs. He is passionate about Health Care Cost Recovery, working only with CEO, CFO and HR Benefit/Compensation Directors who are interested in understanding the cause and connection between health plan claims utilization patterns and the increase in costs. The good news is that Health Care has been fixed and Rob understands “the moving parts” already successfully deployed by large national organizations, capable of being replicated by some organizations. While still a student at FSU College of Law (JD `96), he chose a career as a Group Health and Welfare Benefit consultant. Before joining his firm to IPRG, Rob managed large clients for Willis and NFP, 2 of the top 10 largest benefits brokerage and consulting firms in the world. When Rob is not working with his clients and IPRG staff, he enjoys volunteering and serving as board member for several humanitarian ministries and municipal posts. 

Rob‘s responsibilities include managing all aspects of large client Group Health & Welfare Benefit plans including but not limited to: claims analytics, plan design, stop loss marketing, HR and legal compliance, wellness/disease management, benefit technology and employee communications.
