Stephen Holleran

Agency President & Senior Benefits Consultant

Steve is the founder and President of IPRG who is passionate about providing extraordinary outcomes for IPRG clients. Since founding IPRG, Steve has been earning his way to becoming one of the most trusted employee benefits consultants in Florida. Steve’s responsibilities include oversight of the agency, but he also excels in cost containment, carrier relationship management, creative plan design, and technology consulting. With over 30 years in the employee benefits space, Steve’s knowledge & expertise is a key differentiator when it comes to his client’s success.

Ryan Parsons

Partner / Relationship
Manager

As the key relationship manager with IPRG, Ryan uses his knowledge in the insurance business, his passion for relationships and desire to help people to round out the IPRG Brokerage Team. With an initial career start in commercial development and real estate and then moving into the insurance business in 2008, he has been able to leverage relationships to pull together resources that can best serve the clients of IPRG.

Louis M. Vogel

Director of Account Management, Technology & Compliance

Louis joined the IPRG Team around the time the agency was founded. Among his 

responsibilities, Louis stays ahead of the rapid acceleration of benefit administration and human resources technology to ensure the assets we offer our clients utilizes the latest capabilities. He enhances the technology and service resources through implementation and client training to ensure our clients are successful with their benefits program and add value to their organizations. He also serves as lead Account and Compliance Manager.

Riane Lisnock

Account Manager & Compliance Specialist

Riane started working as an Account Manager with IPRG in 2018. Since then, Riane has demonstrated key competences in the areas of benefits administration, employer & employee communication, product knowledge and compliance support. She also serves as IPRG’s Compliance Specialist, ensuring all clients are up to date with their federal and state compliance responsibilities. Riane is highly regarded as a person who works diligently to provide the most desirable results for the agency’s clients and their employees.

Susan Cabrera

Account Manager & Renewal Coordinator

Susan started with IPRG 2016, but previously had multiple years of experience in hospital 

administration as well as a large national broker in the Medicare and individual insurance markets. Susan is one of IPRG’s Account Managers and spends most of her time at the office assisting our clients, and their employees, with their benefits administration. Susan is bi-lingual in Spanish and English, so when it’s required, she will attend enrollment meetings to assist with our Spanish speaking enrollees. Susan also serves as the agency’s Renewal 

Coordinator, assisting the brokers and clients with their annual policy renewals.

Marni Ward

Agent & Benefit Consultant

Marni recently joined the IPRG team as our newest Agent and Benefit Consultant. She has partnered with IPRG for 20 years, specializing in Voluntary Benefits. She now joins our team bringing her expertise for the Voluntary Market to our portfolio of benefit solutions directed to our clients.

Marni demonstrates great aptitude for working with clients and their employees in evaluating and executing their benefit needs. She is extremely skilled in presenting solutions and following up to make sure everything is implemented correctly and smoothly.

Valerie Grenzer

Account Manager

Val is the newest addition to IPRG and has quickly demonstrated her skills, desire and 

aptitude to become a trusted Account Manager for the agency’s clients. She is extremely proficient in navigating multiple insurance carrier websites, COBRA administration, and processing our client’s eligibility changes with all the major insurance carriers – such as enrollments, terminations and life events. Val is also fluent in Spanish, which is very helpful to our client’s Spanish speaking employees and their families.
